Right now, the entire country is watching Senator Cory Booker stand tall in the Capitol Building — the very building that violent insurrectionists tried to tear down just a few years ago.
We can all do something to show our support. $ donations, make a sign and stand with your fellow citizens in your town square or in front of a governmental building. Or in front of your own house.
Many of his colleagues are there supporting him, asking long questions and adding worthwhile content and comments of their own, and letting him rest for several minutes at a time along the way, to help him in his patriotic undertaking.
they are NOT hiding. they are doing their parts but out of the spotlight. just because captured corporate media isn't reporting on it does not mean they are doing nothing. I am especially proud of my brand new Senator Angela Alsobrooks who jumped in both feet first.
I stand with Senator Booker and whoever else that has the courage to speak up against this convicted felon that occupies our Whitehouse {the people’s house).Continue the good fight.
He was my boss for seven years when he was Mayor of Newark.
Great speaker and advocate, who accomplished a lot, like bringing Panasonic's US HQ and Audible.Com here.
To me, his finest moment was the opening of the Prudential Center, which was started by his predecessor and bitter opponent, Sharpe James. At the time, Sharpe was facing a good deal of grief over federal court cases, and nobody wanted to mention his name as the founder of the feast, fearing they would be linked to him.
At the ceremony, Sharpe sat in a front row, staring up at the building's ceiling, clearly upset at being ignored.
When it was Cory's turn to speak, he started off with fulsome praise for Sharpe, telling all in attendance that without Sharpe's vision and determination, there would have never been a Prudential Center. That led to a standing ovation. Sharpe rose and accepted the deserved applause.
100% WE STAND WITH SENATOR CORY BOOKER 💯🫂🙏🏽♥️♥️♥️♥️🥰👍
Grateful to CORY BOOKER!!!
God Bless him. And the REST OF THE PARTY NEEDS TO GET OUT THERE AND VERBAL. RALLY SOME MARCHES AND LET PEOPLE KNOW WHATS HAPPENING
Schumer, Murphy, Kim, and Gillibrand are asking lengthy, multi-part questions to give Booker some time to breathe.
Somebody needs to ask Schumer and Gillibrand what the F*** they were thinking going along with GOP fascists on ANYTHING.😠
There’s supposed to be a country wide protest on April 5th about what’s happening in our country!!

And I wonder where the rest of our Democratic Senators are hiding. So lame that only one has had the courage to do this.
