I’m not backing down…

The threats to our democracy didn't start or end that day.

I need 10,000 signatures urging Congress to overturn Citizens United — and I need yours to be one of them.

I’ll get into it more below, but first, I have to ask: Can I count on your signature?

On January 6th, 2021, I stood inside the United States Capitol while a violent mob tried to tear our democracy apart.

I didn’t back down then, and I’m not backing down now.

But the threat to our democracy didn’t start or end that day.

In 2010, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations have the same free speech rights as people — which means they can spend unlimited money to influence elections.

That opened the floodgates to super PACs and dark money groups. And they’ve been wide open ever since.

Dark money donors are already flooding this race with over $5 MILLION to boost my opponents and drown out the voices of everyday Marylanders.

• They don’t have to tell you their names.

• They don’t have to answer to anyone.

• They just have to write the check.

I spent my career protecting people. That’s still what I’m doing. And right now, I’m asking you to stand with me against the corruption that’s rigging our system from the inside.
